SNOOP DOGG WINS MIKE TYSON & ROY JONES JR. FIGHT WITH NATE ROBINSON KNOCKOUT COMMENTARY
OS ANGELES, CA – After being called in the 9th inning to pinch-hit for an defecting Lil Wayne on Saturday (November 28), Snoop Dogg emerged as the fan-favorite of the highly publicized Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. fight.
While the main event proved to be more about respecting the two legends’ boxing stamina than the sport itself, the Nate Robinson vs. Jake Paul undercard gave debauched viewers the carnage they were seeking when the YouTube star gave the former NBA Slam Dunk champ not one but two first-class seats to the canvas, with the second ticket separating Robinson from his consciousness.
“Oh my GOD!” Snoop exclaimed after the first knockdown. “Lord have mercy! Oh, Jesus! Oh, Lawd! Precioussss Lawwdddd … take my handddd… lead my onnnnn … let me standdddd…”
A woozy Robinson found his face back in the reach of Paul’s fists not too soon after and Snoop was even quicker to react.
“Good night Irene,” Snoop quipped moments before Paul connected with the aforementioned face. “Oh, Lawd!” he screamed once again upon the stiff jab’s impact.
The moment gets even funnier when it clicks Snoop also has a top-charting Gospel album under his belt.
Ever the multi-talented entertainer, Snoop soon after channeled his recent Verzuz appearance and performed a medley of classics including “Bitch Please,” “Drop It Like It’s Hot” and “Down 4 My Niggas.” The performance was an impromptu lifesaver, seeing Lil Wayne was signed and sealed to be the musical headliner but didn’t deliver when it was time to hop on the plane.
Hours before the flight, he tweeted out a mea culpa, “Due to unforeseeable circumstances I won’t be performing tonight at the Tyson/Jones fight. Hope the event is still a success and much love to Triller. Love.”
YG, Swae Lee, French Montana, SAINt JHn and Wiz Khalifa also performed energetic sets and Ne-Yo rocked out the National Anthem.
According to Yahoo Sports reporter Kevin Iole, Tyson made $10 million from the fight, while Roy Jones Jr. raked in $3 million. The trickle-down effect module means all the rap stars made out with decent coin as well.

QUANDO RONDO ANNOUNCES MACON POLICE & THE MAYOR SHUT DOWN HIS COMEBACK SHOW..........wtf!!!???
MACON, GA – Quando Rondo‘s attempt to hold a concert following the shooting death of King Von but according to Rondo, higher powers stepped in and called off the show for him.
“The fucking mayor and the police done canceled the fucking show cuz,” Rondo said in a clip shared to Twitter on Friday (November 27). “That shit got me blowed cause we been ready. On 6-0 we been ready! Man that shit got me blowed!”
In a follow-up video taken from an Instagram Live session, Rondo once more reiterated the show got canceled by the mayor and pleaded how he really wanted to perform while surrounded by his crew.
The Savannah, Georgia rapper had announced a performance in neighboring Macon on November 26 as part of a Black Friday concert put together by Big G Ent. It would have been Rondo’s first performance since the Atlanta shooting incident which claimed the life of Von, prompting rumors of venues across the state canceling his shows. Another rumor started up with the belief of Lil Durk purchasing all the seats at the venue in retaliation for his friend’s murder. However on “End Of Story,” Rondo dismissed both of those claims.
Additionally, a rash of violence struck Macon on Friday as one person was killed and several others were wounded following a shooting at a downtown bar. After a fight inside the bar, four women and two men were shot in the aftermath. It was the second bar shooting in Macon in less than 24 hours.
Since the release of Rondo’s “End Of Story” on November 20, many of Von’s peers such as 600 Breezy have weighed in, even daring Rondo to perform the record in front of an audience.
“Stop cancelling shows and perform that song,” Breezy wrote on his Instagram stories.
50 CENT CALLS THE GRAMMYS 'OUT OF TOUCH' FOR BEST RAP ALBUM PICKS: 'GET THE FUCK OUTTA HERE'.....lol...wow!!!!
Grammy nominations are always going to spark debates with the limited number of spots available in each category, but many feel there have been some glaring omissions for the 2021 awards following Tuesday’s (November 24) announcement. 50 Cent, who’s never one to shy away from his opinion on popular culture, has voiced his issue with the Best Rap Album category.
In a since-deleted Instagram post on Wednesday (November 25), the rap mogul called the Recording Academy “out of touch” while posting a photo of the nominations: D Smoke, Freddie Gibbs & Alchemist, Jay Electronica, Nas and Royce Da 5’9.
“Best Rap Album,” he said followed by several grinning emojis. “They out of touch this shit ain’t it, get the fuck outta here. 50cent #bransoncognac #lecheminduroi.”
50’s comments could possibly be due to the lack of nomination for Pop Smoke’s Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon album, which he executive produced with Steven Victor and Rico Beats. Despite that, the drill rapper was nominated for Best Rap Performance for “Dior” — the protest anthem that appeared as a bonus track on his posthumous LP.
During an interview before the announcement took place, 50 told Spotify’s RapCaviar he didn’t expect Pop’s album to receive a nomination unless it was because he died.
“If it’s recognized it will only be because he’s gone,” he said. “The content is similar to what I would do. They didn’t recognize mine. They gave me Grammys when I was with Em, when I’m on records with Eminem. Other than that, they’re afraid to give him Grammys because they think it’s teaching the audience to want to be like Pop and to be like him is to be part of gang culture. Who you see get Grammys that is making drill music? You mean to tell me ain’t none of those songs worthy of it?”

50 CENT RESPONDS TO JEEZY’S DISS: ‘YOUR SHIT IS TRASH’
NOVEMBER 18, 2020
He continued, “It’s for the culture, the people to embrace those tones and to really appreciate the artist for doing that. Well, we know that a lot of the guys that come up specifically in Hip Hop are rough around the edges. They coming from tough backgrounds. They come from real adversity. You hear them put it in the music the right way, it sounds so beautiful that they become amazing. That’s what makes it special, you know? Makes it unique.”
Quality Control Music’s CEO Pierre “Pee” Thomas also wasn’t happy with the nominations in the album categories. He felt Lil Baby deserved accolades for My Turn, which he considers Album of the Year.
“Whoever making the decisions at the Grammys You all disconnected like a mf,” he said on Twitter. “you don’t speak for our culture. Congrats to all the nominees. #MyTurnAlbumOfTheYear.”
Baby’s protest song “The Bigger Picture” did, however, receive nominations for Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance.
MEGAN THEE STALLION HAD TORY LANEZ DISS RECORDED DAY AFTER SHOOTING BUT SAVED IT FOR HER ALBUM......whhhhaaaattt!!!!!????
After delivering her long-awaited Roc Nation debut with Good News last week, Megan Thee Stallion stopped by Hot 97 on Tuesday (November 24) for a virtual album release party to discuss everything surrounding the Houston Hottie. On album opener “Shots Fired,” which fittingly samples Biggie’s “Who Shot Ya,” Meg didn’t waste any time in addressing the Tory Lanez shooting altercation.
Around the 26-minute mark of the interview, Ebro brings up why Meg felt compelled to speak up about the July situation with Tory Lanez on the album. Meg shared she actually recorded the scorching response “the next day,” but she thought to stash “Shots Fired” for Good News and was prompted to unleash the track once Tory discussed the incident “on wax” throughout his DAYSTAR album.
Lanez denied being the shooter on “Money Over Fallouts” and insinuated a romantic link between them. He also went on to question the extent of Meg’s injuries from the gunshots.
“When you know you’re right and you know you have nothing to prove, you really don’t have to give a response,” she explained. “But once you made it rap beef, you put it on wax, now I gotta say something.”
Meg continued, “I really had the song all ready but I was like, you know what, let me just save it for the album. Because it was ready to go the next day. I was like, you know what, let’s be calm. Let’s be patient. Let’s see how this plays out and let me just wait and put it on my album.”
Back on July 12, Megan was shot in both feet, allegedly by Tory. Lanez pleaded not guilty to felony assault with a semi-automatic firearm and carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle.
She recently claimed that Tory’s camp attempted to pay her off and keep quiet, which she also brings up during the opening verse of “Shots Fired” and calls him a “bitch.”
“You offered M’s not to talk, I guess that made my friend excited, hmm/Now y’all in cahoots, huh (Okay), you a puss in boots/You shot a 5’10” bitch with a .22/Talkin’ ’bout bones and tendons like them bullets wasn’t pellets/A pussy nigga with a pussy gun in his feelings/Okay, he in the backseat and he keep callin’ me a bitch (He a bitch),” she raps.
The Houston native was nominated for four Grammy Awards on Tuesday (November 24), three of which were from her Beyoncé-assisted “Savage (Remix)” and another in the Best New Artist category.

GUCCI MANE TAUNTS JEEZY WITH INSTAGRAM MEME REMINDER OF KILLING HIS FRIEND.....whoa....is that off limits!!???
ATLANTA – Just because Gucci Mane agreed to face Jeezy in a Verzuz battle doesn’t mean their bad blood has subsided.
On Tuesday (November 17), LaFlare decided to fan the flames via Instagram by taunting Jeezy with a haunting reminder death has come between them in the past.
“Gucci Mane: go dig up your old partner nigga I bet he can’t he say shit,” the meme read, butchering the lyrics to Gucci’s 2013 Jeezy diss song, “Truth.”
The meme also included a man attempting to dive for his freedom in a courtroom, indicating Jeezy would be mum about the situation if pressed.
On May 10, 2005, a then relatively unknown Gucci Mane was jumped inside a house in Decatur, Georgia. After firing back at the attackers, Pookie Loc, an associate of Jeezy, was shot and killed and his body was later found buried by a local middle school.
After turning himself in and being charged with murder, Gucci Mane claimed self-defense and his murder case was dropped in January 2006 due to insufficient evidence. “Icy,” the Atlanta rap legends only collaboration, was released in a month prior to the fatal shooting.
In a December 2019 interview with Charlamagne Tha God, Gucci Mane expressed no remorse for the killing and even doubled down on his actions.
“[Pookie Loc] needed to be in the ground,” Gucci Mane said coldly. “I put his ass where he supposed to be. He
tried me. If somebody comes he and try to kill you, yeah you know it’s self-defense … you gotta do what you gotta do.”
Gucci Mane vs. Jeezy is poised to be the biggest Verzuz battle yet. It will broadcast simultaneously on Instagram and Apple Music on Thursday (November 19) at 8 p.m. EST and 5 p.m PST.
HE BREAKFAST CLUB CALLS OUT MEGAN THEE STALLION FOR FAVORING PUBLICATIONS THAT DON'T SUPPORT HER MUSIC......whaaat!!!!!???
The men of The Breakfast Club are upset with Megan Thee Stallion and her team.
During the Power 105.1 morning show’s rumor report on Tuesday (November 17), Angela Yee discussed Meg’s new interview with GQ where she went in depth about her incident with Tory Lanez – something both Charlamagne Tha God and DJ Envy took offense to, as they were told that topic was completely off limits with Meg for their show.
“Meg was supposed to be here this week but they had a long laundry list of things not to talk to her about and it was all Tory Lanez and that situation related,” Envy said.
Charlamagne chimed in, noting how she’d discuss the matter with a white publication that rarely writes about her but not a radio station that has supported her since the early days of her career.
“Yeah I think it’s crazy because when she does white publications, she’s able to talk and talk about everything that she wants to talk about but when she goes to the Black press and Black publications, there’s a list that the label sent out that says, ‘Don’t ask her about this, don’t talk about that,’ but we the ones who support her and hold her down and play her music,” he said.
When Yee noted that often times it’s not the artist making the request but the label or their publicist, Charlamagne agreed he didn’t think it was Meg personally, but that didn’t change how he felt.
“I’m positive it’s not her, but I just think it’s wack when her representatives do that,” he said. “At least talk with your people because you’re comfortable with your people. Them white people just using you for a story.”
Meg was named ‘Rapper of the Year’ in the new GQ cover story, and told the magazine that Lanez had offered both her and her friend Kelsey money in exchange for their silence on that infamous July night.
“I barely even said anything to the man who shot me when I was walking away,” she said. “We were literally like five minutes away from the house. I’m really scared because this is like right in the middle of all the protesting. Police are just killing everybody for no reason, and I’m thinking, ‘I can’t believe you even think I want to take some money. Like, you just shot me.'”
Lanez denies the allegations.
